The new praises of this enactment include some additional explosions & substances such as Vitriol &
naptha, not mentioned in this act of 1893 among dangerous goods!
Section 3. excludes lubricating oils or Petroleum with a high test point from the dangerous goods of Satin II of the old ordinance
& Section 4. provides for the special treatment of
Gunpowder, Dynamite, and other Explosives
from the restrictions on storage laid down in all of
the 1873 Ordinance.
The Changes seem useful & not dangerous.
